Germany Open Team

Mark Skubatz My name is Mark Skubatz and I’ve been doing games for about 200 years. I was most definitely around before any of you were even born… Over the years I’ve won quite a few German Individual, Team and Pairs title and that’s probably the reason why I can’t seem to give up. But I can’t be too old yet because last year I managed to win the German Individual Championships. Last time I was in Wales was in 2012, when I was competing for Germany at the WTC in Chepstow , which was an awesome week which I’m intending to repeat again this year! I’d also like to thank Ebony Williams for lending me her pony for this years Worlds. Here is to an amazing week in and outside the ring!
Jasper Voss Hi I’m Jasper, I live in a small village called Moordorf, Germany. I’m riding games for about ten years now. Last year was my highlight so far, by winning German Team Champs and becoming German Reserve Individual Champion on a novice pony. I already competed on international competitions but it’s going to be my first WTC so I’m excited to be a part of this competition! Good luck to everyone!

Marlene Preugel,
Hi my name is Marlene and I’m 26 years old. In 2005 I watched my amazing sister Pola compete at the WTC in wales, ever since I wanted to achieve something like this! 2019 is my last season of games due to health problems, competing for the German team in Wales is a dream come true! I’m going to ride the amazing jimmy,an absolute stunning schoolmaster who knows his job inside out! I look forward to what I know will be a well run week by Wales and can’t wait to ride with and against some great friends. So good luck everyone!

Lea Edwards

My name is Lea and this will be my first WTC representing Germany with my partner in crime Davkalee Mercedes. I was born and raised in Germany but have been living in the UK for the last six years. I’ve bought Mercedes two years ago and since then she’s helped me making many dreams come true, including competing at the Gothenburg Horse Show 2019. I can’t wait to compete at the WTC and would like to wish everybody the best of luck!
