Sam Clements My name is Sam Clements, I’m 26 and have competed in MGA since 2010. I have represented England a number of times at the Worlds and Europeans but this is my pony Dawns first time in a World team. I can’t wait for this years World team competition in Wales, it’s going to be a great week!
Bradley Stamp I’m Bradley Stamp, I train and breed horse and I’m the mature one of the team at 32yrs old. This is the third time I’ve ridden for England! I put all this down to my horse Rolex who is a pure American paint and as a partnership we have finished 3rd at 2017 European individuals, 2nd at British individuals 2018 and 5th at British pairs 2018 with Stavroulla Laghos my partner who makes sure all our horses are fit and well looked after.

Sadie Lock ,My name is Sadie Lock, I’m 23 years old and I have just finished my Sport Science degree at University. I have been doing games since I was 10 years old and I usually ride in GB for Sussex, with my team mate Katie. This will be my 2nd World Teams and I will be riding my gorgeous pony Nessa who I’ve been lucky enough to own for 3 years now. I’m very excited to be representing England for the week at world teams and wish everyone the best of luck.

Katie Spencer

Hello my name is Katie, I am 23 years old and have been riding since I was 3 years old. I currently ride for Sussex in Gb! I am a Radiographer working in the NHS and when I am not working or studying I am either playing mounted games or hockey. This is my first time riding at the World Team Championships so I am very happy to have been selected. My pony Mini belongs to my farrier and is as outrageous as him, but she is a total superstar in the ring.

Mitchell Lyons Hi I’m Mitchell, from Canterbury in Kent, and this will be my 4th world team championships! I’m 24 years old and have been riding for the last 14 years in MGA. I’m looking forward to a busy summer riding at both European individuals and world teams. I will be riding my Paint x Arab, Chico. This will be his 4th season doing games, and his second world team championships representing England. Good luck to everyone!
Eddie Surman Hi I’m Eddie Surman, I have been riding since the age of three and my pony is Matilda. This is her third season doing games. I ride for Leicester Forest East in MGAGB and this will be the second time at the WTC for me but the first time for Matilda. I’m looking forward to the week catching up with old friends and making new ones.

Amelia Swann

My name is Amelia Swann, I am 16 years old and live in the New Forset, Hampshire. I have represented England 4 times previously but this is my first World team competition. I have owned my pony Hattie for 2 years and we quickly bonded, she is a very special pony and always try’s her best for me . In 2017 we won U14 World Individuals and 2018 we won HOYS with my pony club team. I really love mounted games as it gives you amazing opportunities and the chance to meet new people. I am really looking forward to competing in the World Team Championship on Hattie with the England team.

Joe Pink

Joe Pink is 17 and currently studying for his A levels at sixth form. Joe has been competing in mounted games since the age of 7. Riding for The South of England in under 12, under 14 and under 17. Reserve HOYS Champions in 2017 with West Hants Pony Club and part of the England Worlds u17 team last year in Belgium. Joe’s pony is called Bunny and has been in our family for 3 years now. Joe is very much looking forward to competing in the European and World under 17 teams for England this year.

Tom Clews

Born 4th August 2002 Lives in Coventry , England Tom has been riding his pony Dancer for 3 years. Dancer is 15 years young and is 14hhs Dancer is owned by Nessa Greaves. Tom currently rides for Dorset MGA team. Tom has represented the North of England in the home international in 2014 in the U12 age group and also in 2019 in the U17 age group. He has also represented England at the 2019 European championships. Tom has also achieved a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has competed at the Tae Kwon Do world championships. Tom is thrilled to be representing England in the U17 World Team Championships this year.

Oliver Nugent

Oliver Nugent has been riding MGA since 2009 and has been lucky enough to be U12s British Team Champions 2015 and was also on the European team at La Bonde 2015. Bedfordshire yellow is Oliver’s U17s MGA team currently. In 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019 he has ridden for the North of England. Having just finished the British Pairs where he won the U17s. Oliver also road for Atherstone Hunt Ppc team that reach HOYS reserve champions in 2018.

Jenny Edwards

Hello, I’m Jenny Edwards – I am 15 years old. I live in West Sussex, England. I have owned Cuba for 3 years. We have had an amazing time together. We have represented England 3 times at the European Championships and Southern England at the home internationals. I first tried Cuba at the World Championships in Ireland when he was on the Irish U17 team. I am proud to be back with him representing England. At home we ride for Central Warwickshire.

My name is Rosie Wheeler and I live in Sussex. I ride a 7yr Carmello pony called Harry. I have owned Harry 1 1/2 years. I have represented England on 3 previous occasions. Last year Harry and I were 3rd at the pony club championships and are excited to see what the rest of the season holds for us.
